Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company, known as Shaker Group, was founded in 1950 and has been a pioneer in introducing Air Conditioning and Home Appliances in the Saudi consumer’s market. The company is the manufacturer and sole distributor of LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the group owns distribution rights to several international and leading home appliances brands that cater to most consumer segments in the Saudi market.
Shaker Group has expanded its services to Energy Solutions through its business unit, ESCO. This business unit focuses on providing energy solutions that aim to reduce carbon footprints. Shaker has been a publicly listed company on the Saudi Exchange (Saudi Exchange) since 2010.

Established through a strategic partnership between LG Electronics Korea and Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company, LG Shaker Company is a limited liability entity focused on manufacturing energy-efficient air conditioners. Asdaa Al Khaleej Company, a limited liability entity excels in the wholesale and retail trade of electrical appliances, serving as a distributor of Bompani brand products.
